1. 100% Refundable of your total booking amount if you informe usbefore 7 days of your check in date. 2. 75% Refundable of your totalbooking amoun if you informe us befor 6 to 4 days of your check indate. 3. 50% Refundable of your total booking amoun if you informe usbefor 3 to 2 days of your check in date. 4. Non-Refundable before 1days prior to check-in. 5. If Your booking is postponed then your advance amount money you can use before 6 month from your postpone date. Otherwise your money will become zero.

Hotel Policy
1. Pets are not allowed. 2. Outside food is not allowed 3. Unmarriedcouples allowed 4. Local ids not allowed 5. This property is notaccessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangementsaccordingly. 6. Unmarried couples are not allowed in hourly stay rooms7. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that wearinga nylon costume is compulsory. You can either bring your own costumeor rent one from the resort. Costume Ladies@ Rs 150 per piece;Costume Gents @ Rs 100 per piece. 8. Consumption of your own liquoris only allowed within the confines of your room. We kindly request thatyou refrain from consuming it in public areas. 9. If you have booked a package for 2 nights and 3 days, please be aware that it cannot bereduced or shortened. Any changes to the package duration will resultin the full package cost being charged. 10. The remaining payment foryour stay is to be made on check-in . We accept various paymentmethods for your convenience. 11. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, andcheck-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure that you adhere to thesetimings to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. 12. If Your haveextra person included in booking then we will provide extra metters forthem. 13.
